Our Policies
1. General
By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all products sold, including custom cakes, Brownies, Cookies, cookie pies and other baked goods.
All products are prepared in a home kitchen and are not suitable for individuals with allergens or intolerances.
2. ORDERING

Orders are subject availability and are not confirmed until payment or deposit has been received.

Customer orders should be placed as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding design requirements, flavors, collection times, contact information and delivery details.

Any inspiration images provided are used as guidance only. Exact replication of another baker's work can not be guaranteed.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in GBP (£)

A non- refundable deposit is required to secure your booking ( deposit amount with vary deponent of quoted amount )

Full payment must be received no later than 14 days before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Orders placed within 14 days may require full payment upfront.

Failure to make payment by the agreed date may result in cancelation of your order.
4. CANCELLTIONS AND REFUNDS
Customer cancellations
Customer Cakes

More than 14 days notice: minus deposit .

7-14 days notice: 50% of total order value.

Less than 7 days notice : no refund available.
Cookies, Brownies and Cookie Pies

More than 72 hours notice : full refund
-
Less than 72 hours notice : 20% of order value
Business Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of any monies payed will be issued.
6. RESPONSIBILITY

Once orders have been collected or delivered full responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
Postal orders

We do not take responsibility for late orders once dispatched. Courier delays are out of our control.

Please take note when ordering items in warmer months, items can arrive melted, this is out of our control and cannot take responsibility for it, so please order with this in mind. We do not provide refunds for melted items. All items must be stored correctly as soon as they arrive.

We cannot be liable for any postage damage, this is out of our control and no refunds will be given.
7. ALLERGENS AND DIETARY
We DO NOT cater to any allergens or dietary requirements. Please take this into account when ordering.
8. PHOTOGRAPHS & MARKETING

We reserve the right to photograph products and use images for marketing purposes, including social media, website content, and promotional materials.

All photos and information are the property of Strawberry Button Bakes and must not be used for any other advertisement unless by Strawberry button Bakes, this would be false advertisement. You must gain owners permission and a breach of this may result in legal action. All photos of your cakes and bakes remain property of Strawberry Button bakes.
9. LIABILITY

Customers assume responsibility for ensuring products are stored, transported, and consumed safely.
